Our ability to control all our production aspects from laser cutting to forming and machining makes us unmatched in lowering production times and maintaining strict quality standards. We use Fronius Welding Technology exclusively to ensure that any weldment performed in our shop is superior to our competitors. This equipment is computer controlled and state-of-the-art with exceptional abilities in repeatability and consistency throughout the weld zone. Our fabrication expertise includes welding to AWS and ABS standards in materials from mild steel to exotic alloys, stainless and aluminum. Marks Metal Technology maintains a wide variety of qualified welding procedures and has the capability to qualify to most welding codes. Simple tack welds to certified procedures, we meet your needs. Our highly trained and skilled project managers, machine operators and fabricators have decades of combined experience to ensure your products, parts, weldments, and components are manufactured and welded accurately, completely, and to your exact specifications. We conduct multiple work in-process quality checks and provide documentation per our customers’ strictest requirements.
